introducing...

imitation Vivienne Westwood cup o_o
made in ceramics class (Technically my study hall)
uhhhhhh it turned out okay before putting it in the kiln.
but then it kinda cracked a little (you can see it through the glaze, too)
and I suck with overglaze, so the red’s not even, it goes into the lines, onto the white.. uuuuuugh
especially on the handle. I underglazed the Vivienne Westwood words on, and tried overglazing red after and some got in so I tried reglazing, and then it just completely smudged. I hate my life.

I tried reglazing 2 times already and it’s just getting worse, so I decided to quit before it exploded or something. poo
(and I wrote YUM in it because when you’re gone with all the apple juice you get to say yum and smile :D)

hopefully my next cup will turn out better..

except it’s too thick and too many layers and it looks really weird (or feels really weird)
I spent.. roughly 1.5 months crocheting this, and now my (left) middle finger has a blister on it =v= (I clipped/cut off the one that was forming a few weeks ago already, too)
my mom wanted to use it as a tablecloth instead.. so I feel like I prolly shouldn’t wear it..

the first photo makes him look funny @__@ he looks better from other angles, really!

I originally saw someone post up a picture of a panda hoodie (drawn) asking where they could buy it. I had an instant WANT WANT WANT and decided to make it.
because.. THAT’S MY FORTÉ. WHY NOT.

my mommy helped me with most of the sewing (more like forced me to read my textbooks and sewed it so the temptation was gone) which means she did; the arms, top part of arms, ears (I came up with how to make the arms black though).
which means I cut & sewed the eyes, nose and tail (it sounds like she did more D: )

this is the finished product. the photo had bamboo coming out of the pocket, but I didn’t want that and didn’t feel like mixing paint for the right green colour. it also didn’t have a tail, but PANDAS HAVE TAILS so I added a tail.

I was looking for a tut to make beaded square stitch after I realized I needed a bloody loom to make what I wanted to make
and I looked at the tuts and it looks so complicated and difficult..
then I saw this really pretty bracelet thing [link] and there was a video tutorial on how to make it. I do hate video tuts, but I figured… I just had a 1.5 hour nap, I’m prolly not gonna be sleeping anytime soon


then I tried starting making it in classes (most of them) and I forgot what the video said and messed up and I’m taking it apart and decided to make something smaller, like a ring
and this is the result.
I originally planned for the red beads to go all around until I realized I only had 6 of them (for 10 boxes?) and it would’ve felt funny anyway.

that was long. kudos to those who read it

last week my art teacher gave me roughly 6 containers and 3 bags filled with beads (she’s really into the “support any artistic interest” thing) and decided to make her a thank you present

I REALIZE it looks kinda kiddish (teenager ish?) and no adult would ever wear it, but she would >v< she’s a cool lady~
because I gave it to her today and she said she’d wear it everyday because she liked it so much

(excuse the red dot thing. it was a mosquito bite :’( )

The actual watch itself was bought from zipia (yay! *0*) and I didn’t like the strap material it came with so I ripped it off and made my own with beadsssss

but it fell off once and fell and the gear thing that counts seconds broke and interferes with the way the minute and hour hands move, so.. I have to get a new watch

I actually made this back in June (roughly when school ended) and just never took a peekchur

I like the flowers on the beads.. the only reason why I bought the pack @__@

I actually don’t really like the chain itself though (not a pretty princess person..) so I’m thinking of selling it.. would you get it? (y/n)

yay! I normally make turtles with Chinese knotting string, but I decided to try it out with felt this time~
it was a big pain in the butt! I had to make up my own “pattern,” etc. etc.
first 3D felt thing for me =v= I think it’s kinda cute

should’ve used white string to sew so I could colour it green but I didn’t have white string at the time (did this at a party)

I don’t eat squid because I love them
This is the first 3D thing I’ve made with fabric, I hope it turned out good enough (because I didn’t use or make a pattern)
sorry for my bad handwriting. I have yet to get used to (my brother’s) tablet
I wanna say I’m sorry for scratching out my face, but I’m not because I made the stupidest face expressions

it took at least 7 hours total to keep repainting layers upon layers upon layers until it didn’t look uneven and sloppy
